A variety of purple components by Industry Nine, Hope, Wolf Tooth as well as Chris King contrast the Ibis Star Destroyer Grey frame.
Handlebars with taller rise allow smaller stem spacer stacks. Not only does this look better but it performs better as well. Having your hands in the power position is critical to how the bike behaves in steeps and cornering.
Small highlights make a big difference! I love the purple Wolf Tooth remote. I mean, first the performance of the Wolf Tooth Remote is hard to beat – smooth, long lasting but whoa the purple looks good. It’s a royal color remember?

Silver spokes on the custom Industry Nine hubs with Ibis S35 carbon rims give the bike a bit of flair front and rear.
The drivetrain on this Ibis Ripmo V2 features Cane Creek EEWings Ti Cranks, Wolf Tooth Nickel chain ring, SRAM XX1 AXS Shifter/Derailleur/Chain with an X01 cassette. The X01 cassette was installed after mounting the XX1 AXS option that didn’t provide enough visual contrast for this build. It was just a bit too much “oil slick” to balance the design.
The Industry Nine two tone stems have really grown on me. Where a complete purple stem would seem over the top the purple face plate allows just the right amount of tie in to the design.
Saving a bit of weight is the LEV Carbon seatpost and SQ lab 611 carbon rail saddle.
