Upper Thigh: with a straight leg measure up 8″ above the knee. Then measure the circumference.
Calf: with a straight leg measure the widest part of your calf.
Small: Upper Thigh 18 – 19″, Calf 13 – 14″
Medium: Upper Thigh 19 – 20″, Calf 14 – 15″
Large: Upper Thigh 20 – 21.5″, Calf 15 – 16″
X-Large: Upper Thigh 21.5 – 23″, Calf 16 – 17.5″
