Ready to take your FOX fork’s performance to the next level? Chat with our team about BikeCo’s proprietary Pro Tune services
BikeCo FOX Pro Tune
Years of racing at world cup levels as well as working with clients of every skill set allowed our suspension tuners to take FOX’s class leading performance and narrow the performance window based on your riding specifics.
But what exactly does that mean? FOX produces absolutely premier level MTB and eMTB suspension. But, FOX has no idea “who” is going on that product. Is it a 260 lb basher? A 160lb floater? Some combination on each of those scales in between? Maybe even a lighter rider? There are a huge amount of riders out there. FOX’s job from the Factory is to produce suspension that can accommodate all of them.
On an end user level that means the adjustments aren’t always very precise. Working with BikeCo.com on your suspension, whether simply purchasing stock suspension or taking advantage of our BikeCo Pro Tune Services, means we’ll have more of an idea of exactly who you are. Your size, your riding style, terrain and aspirations.
With Pro Tune Suspension we’re able to narrow the fork’s performance window based on these individual factors. That allows us to produce a fork where each click is a bit more of a minute adjustment. The goal is that riders have the ability to choose between a couple click settings without knife edge performance.
This is accomplished through a variety or proprietary considerations including custom valving, shim stack configuration, improved damper bleed, proprietary lube oils and hydraulic fluids: none of which will effect your FOX’s warranty.
Along with these services riders have access to our expert sales team to help dial in suspension. (The same as we offer for riders purchasing new bikes.) Our team will be in touch a handful of times with loaded questions to help you fine tune your setup based on your riding input. There are a lot of adjustments on these forks – why not take advantage of quickly getting it into the right performance range and then really dialing it in?
Remember, with BikeCo Pro Tunes #EveryClickCounts!
