STANDARD RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping the item to you) *.

Bikes and custom wheelsets are not eligible for a refund or credit since these items are built to your specifications.

Of course, if one of these custom products was damaged in shipping, please contact us right away and we’ll sort it out.

Used or installed products are not eligible for return or refund.

FRAMES: We do accept returns on frames, however there is a 5% restocking fee on ALL frames, and you will be responsible for the shipping back to us

**ALL TAKEOFF PARTS ARE FINAL SALE NO RETURNS**

For all other products, we pay return shipping if the product is defective, if we shipped incorrect product, or if product is damaged in shipping. Customer pays return shipping otherwise.

International customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs as well as any taxes and duties imposed.

Some select items may have a restocking fee, but these will be noted on the product page of the item.

We do not accept exchanges. If you need to get a different item, please return the one that is incorrect and place a new order for the one you need.

How do I process a return?

Take your new and unused items along with all the original packaging, and safely package them for shipping.  We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

When will I receive my refund? We process and refund all returns within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

How do I return a defective item that has been used or installed? This is where the original manufacturer’s warranty comes into play. The Bike Company will assist you in processing your warranty request. The Bike Company is always here to help with diagnosing any issues and to advocate for our customers for any manufacturers’ warranty issues.
